clanging
Definition - (Aka clang association)

A psychology term that refers to a speech-style where rhyme, not reason determines what is going to be said.

For example, a person experiencing a manic bipolar episode clangs that "I'm a mad bad Dad at the hypocrisy of the aristocracy democracy creosote in the pastry."

Notes:
1. Incompetent rappers explore the frontiers of clanging.
