epanastrophe
Definition - A figure of speech by which the last word of one sentence becomes the first word of the next.

Notes:
1. It is better known as anadiplosis

Example -
I like you. You like me. Me happy. Happy you.

Etymology -
The word derives from the Greek epana, upon again + strephein, a turning.
