proslepsis
Definition - A figure of speech where a subject is mentioned by denying that it should be mentioned.
Note: Proslepsis is paralipsis taken to extremes: you give the complete details of the act you are claiming that you won't mention.

Example -
"I will not stoop to pointing out that my opponent is a notorious, unrepentant, and amateurish homophone."

Etymology -
The word derives from the Greek pros, toward + leepsis, a taking.
