run-on sentence
Definition - A sentence containing clauses that are joined without either punctuation or conjunctions.

Example -
I go to the supermarket it is a great place to get food.

Note: In the above there are two clauses that should be separated by either:
(1) a semicolon (I go to the supermarket; it is a great place to get food.), or
(2) a period (I go to the supermarket. It is a great place to get food.), or
(3) a conjunction (I go to the supermarket because it is a great place to get food.)
